Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
Information collected when you use our apps
Depending on the app and the features you use, an app may process information such as content you enter into it, app settings, and technical and diagnostic information about how the app performs on your device. The categories of data each app collects are shown in its App Store privacy details and its Google Play data safety section.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active, so that we can provide what you paid for.
Information collected when you visit our website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash, which means your browser connects to their servers and they receive your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, email, form-handling and, where an app uses them, analytics or crash-reporting providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- App stores, such as Apple and Google, which process downloads, purchases and subscriptions under their own privacy policies.

Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@aucket.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. For data held by Apple or Google about your purchases, please contact them directly.
